The Jet Beauty of the Week was the first page that I turned to every time!   Today, I can see beauty on the Internet if I want.  The news in a weekly magazine is simply never as timely as what I can learn on Twitter or various RSS-feeds from Black bloggers around the nation.   And Ebony/Jet haven't adopted to the new Internet-age ... as evidenced by the Q&amp;amp;A session at last week's Blogging While Brown conference in Chicago.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sometimes it is better to live with a pleasant memory than deal with a rotting corpse in the room.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;peace, Villager&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Villager</dc:creator><pubDate>Sat, 27 Jun 2009 07:55:03 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
