Thing is, everything is tied together across all of Google's services under one username. I'm stuck with it for now! :\

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

I have a 727 number from Florida but really want a 404 # now that I live in Atlanta, are you willing to sell your 404 #?

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

OMG! if anyone has any extra invites im a teenager that lost his cell phone that needs the google voice capabilities, and AIM terminated my free aim phoneline account. any invites would be greatly appreciated! So at the moment its an inbound-only phone number. So much for integration.

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

Heyy, they're still not allowing users to invite other users. Anyway, maybe could I get an invite if they allow users to give out invites? My email is: greenhero13@mail.org
Thanks a whole lot!!!
Mike

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

Thanks for reading! I'm impressed with Google Voice (obviously) because of the simple yet useful features it offers that somehow the phone companies don't. This is proof that sometimes the best ideas for how to improve something come out of leftfield. I think everybody will like it. If they let current users invite more people, I'll be sure to post some invites here. :)

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

Good review and incisive piece. I've got a 404 number through Google Voice, but my original numbers are 910 and 202 numbers.

Re: Google Gives Voice to the Masses with Google Voice

Can you get a number that is specific to your location?
