    This is great news. I have been a die hard fan of Clutch for years now and it's seems like there thinking is smart and thought out not aggressive and risky.

    As a website owner myself this gives me so much hope -- cause for what I know she started this on her own without any money from outside sources and to see her get funding in any form gives me hope for the day when I can find the perfect investor for me. I respect that a lot. She grinded and is still grinding on her site and at the same time helping others in the game.

    Can't wait to see what Dede will do next with the investment under her belt. Congrats!

    I see that people are looking for ways to get funding & find money. What if you were getting 40% of your utility bills back every month? Would that help some?     WOW. This is major news. Congratulations DeDe. Keep shining. There are more great things to come. One of the things that I love about Clutch is the fact that DeDe and her team of writers make a concerted effort to feature emerging folks in different fields. I really appreciate this fresh approach. I love what Dede said: "“I want Clutch to be the home of the new and emerging, and people on the cusp. So many times you see the same people all the time. There’s so many people out there in acting, music, technology, and everything, every genre that never gets highlighted on other publications. We want to be the people that say, hey check them out.”

    Surprising news! And a good one at that! This is definitely a smart move for Clutch, to brainstorm new and better ideas and extend their reach to a wider audience. With DeDe's ingenuity and expertise, there's no doubt that this will be met.
