It’s like Tivo for your notes. The smartpen has a mini-camera, mic and speaker all in a pretty comfortable sized pen that writes with real ink.

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

wow these things are such expensive gift ideas, common people cant afford this one. try to suggest gifts that are cheaper.

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

Creative Labs came out with the video cam called the vado. will admit its not but it has standard and High quality settings for only $75.00 and it has software built inside that goes into any of your youtube accounts.

This is if you are on a shoestring budget.

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

Yep u gotta get that Flip - especially for the work you are in - youll love it

Mario

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

Even i think gadgets make a good corporate gift. However, they are expensive too. In case you are looking for something cheaper... try out the iPods. That's what we did. We picked up a range of iPods from www.ipodyourlife.co.in/make... and embossed a personal message along with the company logo on them. And guess what... we also got a good discount. Don't you think that's a good idea?!

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

I think I'm going to get a netbook this year. The prices have gone down and since I'm always on the move it seems like a reasonable buy. My current laptop is a little on the heavier side and is definitely not something I would carry around everywhere.

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

Nice gifts. I just got the MSI Wind and I love it. It has a 10" screen with Win XP, wireless, bluetooth, a webcam and the Atom processor. But the best thing is the 6 cell battery. You can get over 4 hours on it and so far I've installed a lot of the same apps that I have on my desktop. I still carry around my big laptop when I need power, but the Wind is nice when you're on the move. I also sync it to my bluetooth car stereo and stream music (using my Sprint aircard) for long trips. Works great.

http://www.laptopmag.com/re...

The flip camera is a definite must have for next year. It works well for blogging.

Re: Top 4 Holiday Tech Gifts for 2008

Good post. I really want one of those Flip HD cameras. And I've been testing out the Sylvania G Meso -- so I already know I love the Netbooks, especially if they're running Ububtu Remix.
